We love a paper trail so encourage all contact via email, we will answer any questions in a timely manner via email to email@example.com. Please include your phone number and request a call back if speaking to us is mandatory.
How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days approximately (Mon-Fri) in the US, and 5-10 days worldwide. Orders placed after 1pm may take an extra days delivery. Please note, during busy periods, such as new releases, US delivery may take between 5-7 days and for worldwide shipping 12-17 days. Note that some items are made to order and for those you will see an "Estimated delivery" timeframe on the product page.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
As soon as you have received your ‘Order Confirmation’ email from us with your FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date. Please note tracking numbers will not show any movement on the FedEx or USPS website until they are scanned out of our shipping facility and into first location on route to you.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
We fulfill orders as fast as possible once we receive them. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

At this time all distribution is through our web store. We do not plan to distribute or offer products to wholesale channels at this time.
