Shipping policy
Processing time
In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Made-to-order items are printed after you order and usually ship within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on where they are made. Each made-to-order product page shows the expected timeline before you buy. Holiday seasons and other busy periods can add time.
Shipping methods and costs
In-stock items ship from our location in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you see the exact cost before you pay. If your order has both in-stock and made-to-order items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States and worldwide. International shipping is a flat rate based on your order, shown at checkout. Made-to-order items for international orders are often made and shipped by our print partner's facility in Riga, Latvia.
Made-to-order items
Many of our printed designs are made to order by our print partner rather than shipped from our own stock. They are made especially for you after you order, which is why they take longer to ship.
Pre-orders
Some products are sold as pre-orders. The expected ship date is listed on that product's page.
Tracking your order
You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. Made-to-order items get their own tracking email when they ship.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check around your property and with your household and neighbors first. Most missing packages turn up this way. If it's still missing, email us at info@ninelivesbjj.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you to figure out what happened, open a case with the carrier, and decide the next step together based on the situation.
