Our Chapter 13 Gi features a Paisley design, this teardrop shaped ornamental textile design originates from Persia but became popular in the West in the 18th and 19th centuries. Bandanas featuring paisley pattern were popular in the 1700 during the American revolution and then again prevalent during the early and mid 1900s when World War I and World War II were being fought. The paisley print pattern has been used in high fashion, men's ties, it has been popular within western culture, gang culture, rock and roll and beyond. Our goal with this gi was to allow each Jiujiteiro to decide what vibe you want to portray when you rock this, cause anything is fair game.

Our Chapter 12 Gi features a koi fish which is a Japanese symbol love and friendship. Even though cats and fish do not typically mix well, our
Maneki-neko logo is often known as the money cat, welcoming cat or lucky cat holds similar symbolism from its Japanese roots. Nine Lives is built on the fact that everyone needs a little money, friendship, luck and good fortune in their life, so with that spirit in mind, we feel these two go hand in hand...or paw in fin. If you are looking for some Zen on the mat, the Koi is your go to gi.
Great gi. I’m 5’6” 164lb and the A2 is a perfect fit. It’s my 3rd Nine Lives gi and I love them all.

Gi fits almost perfect
The only reason I’m putting 4 stars is only because the pants are ever so slightly short for me on the inseam. I wear an A2 and the jacket fit perfectly, it was only the pants that were just a little snug. Waist was perfect just the length.

Love the gi, definitely runs on the small side though. I'm 210 6'1" and the A3 is very tight. Otherwise I love it.

The Geo Gi champions a geometric pattern that ties design elements from both ancient times and nature. The rhythm found in this patterned design is much like the flow that one can get into on the mat when drilling or training. Enjoy the beauty of repetition represented in our 11th chapter.
