In Japanese 'Kitsune' means fox and these animals are common in Japanese folklore. While sometimes the foxes trick others in the folktales where kitsune appear, many times the foxes are seen as faithful guardians, friends, lovers, and wives. The legends say that the more tails the kitsune has the more powerful it is. Nine tails being the most a fox may posses though. If this gi has supernatural powers then it certainly has the maximum level that a nine tailed fox would have. Hopefully you feel like you have a few extra tricks up your sleeve when you break this gi out on the mat.

The design comes from artist @ashton.alexandr who specializes in a neo traditional and Japanese tattoo style. There are no words or even our brand name on this kimono, only Japanese symbols including the number nine on the chest and the symbol for 'kitsune' on the pants.

Fit is close to true to size, smaller is suggested if in between sizes.

I have these for the cold days in NC. These joggers are warm and do their job. I'm 5'3'' and 170ish and fit the large with a little bit of room. I've had these joggers for the last couple of months and after many washes is still going strong. Love the design down the leg as well.

I'm about 5'5, 150 lb, and shoulder/chest all fit fine, not super tight like some of the other brands I've tried, and the material feels soft but durable. A bit long on the sleeves, but otherwise it's feels great!

I think were all pretty used to the thin rash guard and spat material that"s great until a hole is worn into it. This isn't that, its got enough thickness to hold and not lose a grip over but also breathable. I'm thinking along the lines of Carhart like durability.

Favorite No-Gi Wear

Love this long sleeve no-gi rashguard! I typically wear Underarmour compression shirts because it's really hard to find something that is form fitting but not too tight. This rashguard is not only comfortable and long-lasting, but it catches everyone's eye - especially at competition. What I really like about this rashguard is that it's not too thick, has coverage and protects. I wear an A2 and fit a medium.
